This book shows how meditation can be used to discover and harness the untapped essence of human life. Additionally, this book explores how to   utilize meditation to solve the unhappiness conundrum which exists in today’s society; where the formative years were scored by a history of life-defining traditions, resulting in cookie-cutter personalities and a mundane existence. The concept of a self-directed life, with a person being navigated towards complete mental, spiritual, physical and emotional potential has over time become a foreign concept for the benefit of an hierarchical society controlled by the rich and powerful. Seekers have failed to find solutions though traditional avenues such as the dogma preached by religious institutions, or through psychological counselling offered by mainstream society.

Meditation is a tool which can be used to find meaningful answers which will result in success and happiness. In this book, the elementary steps of meditation are first introduced, followed by the types of experiences, knowledge and wisdom that may be encountered along the way.

The later chapters show how to take meditation to a state beyond a few minutes of musing, to a level where it becomes a whole life experience; necessary for accessing the inner recesses of the psyche in order to activate untapped abilities.

Through meditation it will become clear how to untangle connections from the past, which have resulted in the current state of being. Furthermore, it will become possible to open a door to a future where life can be embraced in the fullest; one where the trajectory is mental, spiritual, physical and emotional happiness. The current holding pattern, created by past actions which resulted in societal slavery will be dissolved by leading a life under the command of inner spiritual guidance.

If you are prepared to embark on such a journey to discover truth, solve the unhappiness conundrum, and achieve full potential, then sit back and buckle up, for you are in for a ride of your life.

Part Nineteen: Healing

Part Nineteen: Healing

[Ca 20200927 12:01:00 7K Si 2020 11 23]

Focus on the kind of Love which energizes life and fuels the desire to correct errors. Beware of the Love which is disguised and has intent to control or dominate. Do not give away the free will to self determine in the name of Love. Love does not control nor have expectations. Love accepts all without condition. Within the collective and in personal relationships, a bond of Love based on mutual acceptance yields only positive results. It is this form of Love which recognizes the capacity to make errors and offers the opportunity to heal them in one another. Love deeply and completely for the Light of Love which emerges from the heart will illuminate every cell within, while expanding out to touch the heart and lives of others. The desire to change in order to manifest the fullness of life is an expression of Love.

The desire to change begins with meditation. Initiate this journey with a commitment to practice each and every day. Healing meditations starts at 03:00 AM, after having four hours of sleep and followed by another four hours. Hinderances, distractions and other stumbling blocks will seek to kibosh these plans. Maintain focus on this objective. Organize daily activities to navigate life in this direction.

In order to improve the quality of meditations, physical adjustments may be necessary in order to  improve the flow of energy within the body and its connection to the  Spirit. Healing and other enhanced capabilities becomes a natural byproduct of this journey but not the objective.

The flow of energy within the body can be controlled with meditation. Improving the flow of energy will improve the quality of meditations. The main pipeline which connects the brain with the rest of the body runs along the spinal column. Misalignment of a single vertebrae will result in blockages that impede the flow of energy. This can be caused by accidents, abuse, repetitive stress or even poor posture. Chiropractic or osteopathic adjustments can remove such impediments. There are practitioners who are familiar with such energy work but most of the adjustments can be done under the guidance of the indwelling Spirit.

Self adjustment is possible during a meditation session but it requires patience and faith in oneself. This can be achieved by yielding control of the physical body to the indwelling Spirit. Ask the mind to take a back seat and remain silent. As a function of the body-consciousness, the physical body is always aware of what is needed to achieve perfect health. During meditation the process will be spontaneous. When the body is ready, the steps will percolate into the consciousness as an innate desire to manipulate the arms, legs, neck, head or spine. The self manipulation is performed by yielding control of the body to the Spirit. These adjustments cannot be forced nor controlled. The mind would try to interfere every step of the way by injecting its own methods using logic for justification. Exercise restraint for incorrect movements can cause harm. Success can be achieved by quieting the mind and having faith in the indwelling Spirit.

Adjusting the body to improve energy flow is an ongoing process in conjunction with personal growth. Dedicate part of a meditation session for this purpose at most once per week. Initiate the healing session by assuming a posture where the body-consciousness will find conducive to physical adjustments. This can be achieved by sitting on a firm but comfortable chair, spine gently erect, palms on the lap facing downwards and feet gently placed flat on the floor. Ask the mind to step aside and remain silent. Know that the mind is like a child with a short attention span, and will quickly interfere. When this happens, be patient and gently ask the mind to return to its place of silence. Do not dismiss the thoughts which were offered. Honour the mind by making mental notes so that they can be addressed at a more conducive time.

Even if it is not an objective, the healing process will be activated with dedication to meditation. Success often occurs within the first few sessions. The feeling of elation after experiencing success will create a desire to repeat the process. Be patient, for the body will need time to complete the adjustment in order to fully heal itself, thus the frequency of once per week. Each adjustment in the area of the spine will percolate to the various energy centres in order to complete the healing. These centres will need time for the healing process to complete. Healing can take up to seven days. Be sensitive to all physical conditions in order to become aware when the adjustments are complete.

As one becomes more proficient, the specified time chosen to meditate will feel inadequate. At this stage, the time can be increased gradually, perhaps from 15 to 20, 30 to 45, or 45-60 minutes. Sixty minutes is a sufficient goal. If there is a desire to go beyond one hour, then multiple sessions perhaps at dawn, 03:00 AM and again at dusk may serve to improve the journey.

The desire to meditate will continue to grow as positive results are realized in daily activities. The feeling of happiness and the sense calm in conjunction of improved physical and mental functions will be an incentive to invest deeper into the practice. Be patient and trust the guidance which emerges from within. Take time to contemplate personal choices, for each one is like a root which nourishes the tree to which it is connected; the tree of life. On this journey, growths which were manifested as errors are cut down and replaced with new seeds, thereby creating a beautiful tree; the symbol of a new being. Be therefore consoled in this Truth that life is being renewed on this personal journey of success and happiness.

Life will no longer be the same. Sensitivity to self and others will grow. Emotions will touch the deepest recesses of the soul. The world would feel like it is upside down when there is injustice, betrayal, or any form of disappointment. Love will take on a different meaning where everyone will be accepted regardless of condition. Love will radiate from every cell of the body and through every thought in the mind. Love will be expressed as compassion. When asked, the heart will choose to give freely without expectations. Empathy for the disenfranchised will translate into kindness, charity and imparting of hope. An attitude of thankfulness will fill the new consciousness which is being reborn and create a state of happiness which extends to the depths of the subconscious.

Part Eighteen: The Book of Errors

Part Eighteen: The Book of Errors

[Ca 20200927 12:01:00 7K Si 2020 11 23]

Society can be defined as a group of vastly different individuals coming together for a single purpose. The same definition applies to families, organizations and even personal relationships. Distinct from the whole is the role of the individual; each with a different function, coexisting with the collective. Each person is unique and propelled by personal responsibility for current and future states of being. When a single cell within the body ails, the whole body feels the impact. It is the same with the collective. Disfunction occurs when one individual is out of harmony with the whole. On this journey, life will not synchronize with the collective as the individual will forge unique personal perspectives and face the challenge of being different.

Within society, no one person is perfect. All have erred. Somewhere in the past, the direction of life changed because of personal choices made in error. Errors are the consequences of choices based on  fear, instead of the Love and Truth. These are the errors which are responsible for the current state of the mind. Identifying, reversing, and correcting them is the objective at that stage of the journey. The road to victory starts here.

All that is understood about life and its purpose is limited by the capabilities of the mind. Much like a computer, the capabilities of each person are defined by a series of programs held within the mind. For example, morality is one of these ‘programs’ created  with the assistance of parents and society. Life is dynamic in nature because programs can be added, changed or deleted as a function of the free will. Exercising the free will to choose is an innate power to enact self determination. Meditation is the key which can open a doorway that leads beyond the confines of the mind’s programming  to the totality of existence. It is the doorway to Truth.

The development of the mind can be paralleled with the upgrading of a computer. Installing new software on top of an old operating system can cause unexplainable errors. It is much like placing a patch on a tattered garment; it will only create a larger rend. Experts always advise to first, erase the old operating system and its programs before the installing new software. This method would result in a more efficient and reliable computer. To fulfill the purpose for being here on earth at this time, patterns or programs which define the mind must first be disassembled, removed and then intentionally rebuilt from the ground up upon a foundation of Truth. As described earlier, this process symbolizes death and rebirth.

On life’s journey of reprogramming, in which the mind has been seeded during meditation, the indwelling Spirit will assume the drivers seat. Physical and mental adjustments resulting from dietary changes, in conjunction with meditation will result in a shift in consciousness where the mechanics of the psych will become visible, revealing errors which were engineered into its structure. Parameters will also become visible to reverse engineer the structure so it can be rebuilt with new programming. Dietary changes will flush toxins from the body, improving the efficiency of the endocrine system. Spirit will have the ability to direct the flow of hormones to energy centres which results in a change in attitude towards life. This change will impact both the physical and mental conditions and result in an innate desire to manifest Love and Truth in all situations, thereby dissolving the errors held within the mechanics of the mind.

With Spirit, (the archetype of life sitting in the drivers seat) life will undergo many changes resulting from reprogramming the mind. Life will feel different. Situations will be approached with different attitudes and expectations. Errors will become visible during routine daily activities. It will become so clear that the errors being encountered were the architects of an old way of life and must be reassessed within a new paradigm, one of Love and Truth. The innate desire to manifest Love and Truth will be compelling.

Hasten not to act impulsively but instead take a deep breath and exercise patience, yielding command to Spirit. Observe the feelings which are emerging from within. Observe the attitudes, emotions and expectations which are appearing from the mind. Observe the physical reaction within the body. This is the juncture between reliving old patterns and rebuilding the mechanics of the psyche upon the foundation of Love and Truth. An opportunity is being presented to regain that which was lost in the past by allowing fear to motivate, thereby allowing errors to take seed. It is an opportunity to end external domination and to reassert individuality and self-determination.

Keep detailed notes in a journal as errors are encountered. Include the date and time of the events and outline the roles of all involved. Describe personal attitudes, the state of the conscience, and the feelings experienced before, during, and after. The value of a journal is found in reviewing the written events at a more contemplative time in order to find solutions. Some answers may be obvious, whereas others may appear during meditation or in the dream state. Be patient and persevere and these answers will come. On this journey, looking through eyes of the indwelling Spirit will forever be a source of Truth. Include solutions as they appear and when successfully applied. The journal will create a road map of progress and ultimately become a personal manual of instruction.

Healing is a silent and invisible force which occurs during the process of reengineering the psyche. Certain errors will manifest as physical or mental conditions. Dissolving the error will consequently dissolve the condition, enabling the body to restore itself to a natural state, which is perfect health. The resulting healing may be invisible to the mind or seen as the miracle of healing. Certain conditions are connected to karmic issues originating in previous lives and may be healed in the current lifetime or require multiple lives to be addressed. Some conditions may be the result of personal choice due to a karmic commitment. Many of these remain unexplained in the medical field, such as cancer, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, genetic diseases and autoimmune disorders, to list just a few.

When travelling an old road with new attitudes and expectations, situations will always appear to challenge both the mind and the body. Avoid negative thoughts and instead view them as opportunities to fulfill a purpose by dissolving the errors. Victory will be dependent on the ability to manifest the power of the free will to maintain course. Know that the strength and the courage lies deep within, and victory is only a choice. Nurture an attitude of expectancy where the road being travelled is paved with discarded errors.

Know the elements of life which lie within and learn how to recognize them. Love, Truth, Peace, Patience and Creativity are facets of the indwelling Spirit. Like seeds, they wait patiently to be nurtured so they can grow and blossom into happiness. Learn how to recognize when life is on a pathway navigated by the compass pointing to happiness. Embrace the opportunities at hand by being aware and vigilant at all times.

Choose a new name, one which represents the new person that is being built. Visualize a rock, sturdy and unmovable; a rock of Truth which symbolizes the new person being created. Meditate upon the desire to find a name and allow it to emerge from within. The mind would seek to intervene and offer many names. Be thankful for the kindness being offered and respectfully decline. With an attitude of expectancy, the answer will come. A name will appear in the consciousness, one which resonates with the commitment to the Journey. Patience, Rock, Hope, Kind One, Penitent, Joy, Faith are a few examples. Honour this name as it is sacred. Share it with no one, for it is a symbol of a sacred being. Hold the name within the consciousness at the start of each meditation session.

Nurture the virtues of the Spirit. The mind and body must always be prepared, for the time and place of the next challenge is unknown. Do not be caught unprepared. External aids can serve as reminders to always be alert. For example, an arm band made of beads or seeds was used by certain indigenous tribes to symbolize the start a new journey or a new commitment. Some may prefer a mantra such as, “I Am All That I Am”, “I Am Love” or “I Am Truth”, to serve as reminder. Mantras can be effective when repeated at scheduled times, such as before sleep, in the morning or before each meal. Again, it is a personal journey and all aspects should remain private-including the mantra or any other symbol; otherwise there is a potential to become prideful thereby allowing valuable energy to escape. Personal aids will be unique to each person. Questions will arise from friends and family regarding the new source of happiness and the new path. Be forthcoming if there are earnest questions. Be not prideful in knowing that at this stage, the student becomes the teacher.

Part Seventeen: The Road to Victory

Part Seventeen: The Road to Victory

[Ca 20200927 12:01:00 7K Si 2020 11 23 ]

Love and Truth are forces which exist everywhere in the universe. They touch everything. They touch every cell within the human body and can be felt in moments of silent contemplation. This journey is about aligning the psyche with them in order to change life forever.  This is the purpose of life here in this realm and victory is achieving this purpose.

The mind is constantly undergoing change, without being consciously aware that new ideas and perspectives are being assimilated. The human body is an amazing mechanism with the ability to adapt to its surroundings. Under the command of the subconscious, the body and mind will adjust in response to changes in the physical and mental environment. For example, the body has been gradually adjusting to an increasingly toxic atmosphere. Since this change is gradual, the mind is oblivious to what is occurring and moves on to accept the new reality as normal. It is important to recognize that changes are not only physical. For example, personality adjustments will occur with the ever shifting landscape of morals. Again, the mind would be blind to this occurrence. The environment and morals are just two examples. The integration of new technology which then becomes a way life is another powerful example. Evolution may be an appropriate term for this process; as physical and mental changes have been occurring since time immemorial based on the lived experiences and environments of any given person. Governments, churches and industry all use the nature of the human psyche as a weapon of control. Often, it is for political and financial benefit. It is important to realize however, that such controls are ineffective if the mind is firmly grounded in Truth. A lifestyle which incorporates meditation follows the path of Truth.

Meditation is not simply musing or being quiet for an extended period of time. With dedication, it evolves into a lifestyle where time is systematically set aside to introspectively seek a connection to the true self; the source of Truth. It is about finding the doorway which exposes the mechanics of the psyche. It is also about opening the door to the true nature of self. To explain, in the meditative state, patterns which define the psyche are set aside for a time to expose the true self. It is a vantage point where the Spirit can observe the conscious and subconscious. From this position, the Spirit can take the driver’s seat and rather than following patterns established by the past, life can be navigated in a different direction. The journey onward will feel different; significantly more positive and calming. Instead of feeling like a leaf being tossed about on stormy waters, it becomes a lifestyle which is filled with a sense of stability and purpose; much like a vessel being navigated through still waters.

Food intake is also a process which is integrated into society as a lifestyle. The attitude towards food holds the power to redefine the nature of the physical. For example, fancy dinners have become a courting ritual. Bottomless buckets of wings and fries have become a ritual when watching sports. Visiting buffet restaurants is often an excuse to overindulge through lunchtime meetings. Supersizing with extra sugar, salt and fat creates very desirable indulgences that are popular in many countries. These practices result in poor nutrition and subsequently, illnesses such obesity and heart disease. Walking away from these practices is a positive step-but cannot be successfully achieved by simply eating purely salads, reducing caloric intake, or even through bursts of deprivation or starvation. Additionally, a brisk bout of physical activity such as walking, running or other forms of exercising does not negate the act of overindulging. The body will revolt when mistreated in this way. Such remedial measures can only be sustained temporarily, as old habits will return, and with greater strength.

Overindulgence in any form is self abuse and results in disease. It may take weeks, months or years to reverse negative patterns, but the impact on the body will eventually manifest. Changing these patterns requires a change in lifestyle, one which excludes activities where there is a potential for self indulgence such as going to the sports bar, meeting friends at the buffet restaurant or impressing a potential mate at expensive restaurants. Perhaps ‘friends’ who wish to meet at buffet restaurants or at the sports bars are not the type of people who are conducive to a healthy lifestyle. A walk in the park and a picnic lunch would offer greater opportunities to reveal the nature of people hoping to be mates.

Exercising the free will to choose a lifestyle which includes a healthy diet is the first step. Excluding activities which are not conducive to this lifestyle will be the next challenge; one which will impact every aspect of life including everyday routines, relationships and even the circle of ‘friends’. By following a proper diet, the body will radiate health and meditations will be deeper.

Choosing a healthy lifestyle is an important step on the meditation journey. Food holds the power to define and redefine the nature of the physical. Similarly, what enters the mind through meditation holds the power to define and redefine the whole person. A lifestyle which involves meditation is a challenge much greater than changing dietary routines. Not only will it require mental preparation, but one must be prepared to face the fallout of a changing psyche. Based on the level of commitment, significant changes will occur as old patterns are replaced with new ones. As this happens, realize  it is the purpose of the journey. This is the process of redefining the psyche with patterns which are underlined by Love and Truth. This is the stage of the metaphorical death and rebirth. Sacrificing the old patterns and an old way of life symbolizes death. Rebuilding life with new patterns creates a new psyche, thus a new person is born as symbolized by rebirth or resurrection.

The journey towards rebirth is both a significant commitment and a sacrifice. It requires sacrificing the patterns which previously defined the present life. People, places and things which do not contribute positively to the new and desired lifestyle must be abandoned. The new lifestyle will also come with its challenges. For example, it is important to consider what happens when travelling on an airplane at a time scheduled for meditation. Similarly, one should think ahead to what will happen when friends and family visit at a time that is scheduled for meditation. In order to honour the personal commitment to a new lifestyle, friends and relationships will have to change. These are just two examples where change would be required while navigating through uncharted and tempestuous waters towards a new life.

When fear knocks on the door with logical reasons to give up this lifestyle and turn back, remember it is a commitment made out of Love for oneself. It is out of this Love that difficult choices must be made in order to reap the benefits of eternal joy. This leads one to consider: is a party with friends and family more important than walking the path of personal Truth? Is avoiding embarrassment on an airplane more important than excusing oneself from the conversation for thirty minutes of silence?

It is evident that being committed to a new lifestyle requires implementing many difficult changes in everyday activities. Living the Truth will always require challenging choices to be made. There is one consolation however; once the journey has progressed to this stage, the state of inner peace, happiness and the feeling of accomplishment would overshadow the anguish of difficult challenges. It is the road to victory.

Part Sixteen: Forgiveness

The phrases “I am sorry, please forgive me” and “I forgive you”, are standard responses in certain situations. In today’s society, uttering such words is considered the resolution to what initially created division. It may be sufficient in that moment, but dynamics of true forgiveness are vastly different and complex.

A dedicated practice of meditation will open the door to a new reality where life will be viewed with different eyes. The mundane everyday reality which follows traditional pathways will be questioned. Life will be redefined based on a new paradigm where the indwelling Spirit becomes the source of guidance. Traditional pathways will be replaced. It is an awakening which will ultimately change the direction of life in the physical realm.

The gentle, slow, and focused breath while meditating creates a state of calm which energizes life in the moment. Within that moment, the freedom to choose holds the power to define and redefine life.

The path towards happiness can be a rocky and challenging journey. Each person deals with these challenges in their own ways. When questions arise regarding this journey, there is no specific answer; as each journey is specific to the individual, and each individual will require different answers. Answers hold the power to change the nature of a person. Answers will forge a new and unique human being by personifying hopes and desires. By exercising the freedom to choose, each person orchestrates life as the creator of a unique human being. Responsibility for this person lies with its creator. Karma emerges out of personal responsibility.

The conscience operates as a link between the mind and the Spirit. Spirit writes on the tablet of the conscience with feeling that can be seen and understood by the mind. The dynamics of dreams are similar, where the minds sees what the Spirit offers. By doing this, an opportunity is being presented to make different choices; ones which would erase the old writing and result in a clear conscience. Such is the nature of ‘forgiveness’. Once employed, it holds the power to create a clear conscience.

In today’s society when someone offends, resulting in a desire to restore the relationship, seeking forgiveness plays a significant role. The desire to seek forgiveness will be based on the state of the offender’s conscience. Phrases such as: “I am sorry, please forgive me” and “I forgive you”, are typically used to restore the relationship. However, these words do not necessarily mean the offender is truly repentant. The truly penitent will first make amends before uttering those words. For example, if someone betrays trust by stealing money, it should be repaid in full, with interest, before attempting to seek forgiveness. Additionally, the truly penitent would make life changes to ensure the offence would not be repeated. In circumstances which involve bodily injury, infidelity or death, where avenues for recompense is rarely possible (or even impossible), the process of forgiveness will transcend this physical life. The state of the conscience will determine whether Karma will emerge out of personal responsibility. Thinking back, the beggar who gave his life by suffering through hunger repaid a Karmic debt. In a past life, he had allowed others to die from hunger. His conscience dictated that he must experience the same in order to understand the true meaning of selfless Love.

In another story, there were two brothers who grew up so close, they would walk the streets arm in arm. Unknowing to the younger brother, the older had the makings of a crook. This was realized when their father crossed over and left an inheritance to be equally shared. Although the younger had no desire for money, honour dictated that their father’s wishes should be followed. However, this was not possible because the older brother had already orchestrated a path where he could steal all the money. The younger brother did not fight the older in court. Instead, he accepted the outcome and tried unsuccessfully to rekindle the brotherly relationship, while believing that he was a victim of circumstance. Meanwhile, the older brother was satisfied with the feeling that he outwitted the rest of the family. Karmic ties can be difficult to understand in the bitter moment of a challenge. If all the actions in a person’s life are underlined by Love and Truth, then existing Karmic conditions would be met and new ones would not be created. In this case, the younger brother’s actions were based on unconditional Love. One can only assume that the older brother chose this life to offer an opportunity to the younger brother to manifest Love and Truth instead of anger and resentment. Perhaps it is also an opportunity of the older brother to re-ignite the capacity to feel remorse and seek forgiveness by returning the stolen money.

Acceptance without any conditions is an expression belonging to the purest form of Love. Accepting the injustice perpetrated upon oneself (consider the younger brother in the previous analogy) or acting out of compassion to help the unfortunate is Loving without expecting anything in return. Here on earth, the human experience is an amazing opportunity where interaction is a mirror reflecting the true nature of a person. Life is not meant to be a bed of roses. The thorns open the door to the true nature of a person. Discord is an opportunity to witness the unfolding of the psyche. It is an opportunity to replace the patterns of the past with unconditional acceptance. It is an opportunity for personal growth.

Life is far more than money, food, sleep or sensual experiences. When this is the framework, it limits potential. People are meant to reach the height of personal greatness by embracing full potential. Consider this; someone who steals money without feeling guilt exists within a limited framework. People are not simply physical entities existing within this limited framework. Experiences are not confined only to physical parameters. Each life is multidimensional, with only a small part of an existential construct experiencing three-dimensional reality here on earth. The challenges faced through human interaction offer the opportunity to experience the limitations of existence and choose a different path which embraces the full potential. Manifesting all facets of the indwelling spirit is the way to embrace full potential. Lastly, the purpose for being here is to embrace the fullness of human potential.

Challenges arise out of the day to day experiences. Instead of analyzing one another to lay blame and engage in comparisons, there is greater benefit in analyzing oneself (one’s own personal psyche) to determine which aspects created the challenge. Forgiveness is not about ceasing resentment towards each other but is instead about accepting the imperfections in life and choosing to move forward. At the same time, it is about choosing to substitute with Love and Truth. Unconditional acceptance of one another means replacing discord with Love and Truth. Life is about developing the nature where Love and Truth is the basis of all interactions. It is the perfect way to dissolve Karma and fulfill the purpose for being here on earth.

In a perfect world, the term ‘forgiveness’ would be intentionally replaced by ‘acceptance’. When the wronged expresses acceptance without any condition or expectation, it is an act of Love. It gives the offender the opportunity to experience remorse and make amends. The wronged does not have power over ‘forgiveness’; only the ability to express acceptance. The true act of seeking forgiveness first comes with remediation followed by intentional behaviour changes. In other words, if the offender if truly penitent, life changes would be made to ensure that the offence will not be repeated. It is seeking forgiveness with affirmative action. When the changes align with the nature of the indwelling Spirit, it is following the purpose for incarnating.

Part Fifteen: Being

The nature of a person on earth at any given moment is determined by the functions of the psyche. The nature of the psyche was designed during the formative years, at a time when the receptive mind was imprinted with patterns from its surroundings. Parents, friends, teachers, siblings, church, and school all played roles in the formation of the adolescent’s mind. Past lives also play a role in the nature of life. Patterns from past lives are stored in the subconscious and become accessible when they are needed. Both the conscious and subconscious mind influence personal choice and thereby, the nature of life. Furthermore, while daily activities follow societal programming, the response to new and unexpected situations is influenced by the subconscious. To Explain, when patterns from familiar experiences cannot provide answers, there is an immediate and involuntary response from the subconscious. The mind takes a back seat, allowing introspection in the moment which allows access to the vast store house of the subconscious. The resulting choice will be based on themes established during the past. For example, Love and Truth would influence a current decision, when it was also chosen in the past. Past lives which were based on fear will influence current situations with facets such as greed, subjugation, or control. The response from introspection will feel instinctive or natural. It would take place without realizing it happened in the moment.

It is important to understand that the nature of the psyche does not negate the power of free will. The direction a person follows is determined by the individual’s choice; therefore a person has the freedom to choose their next steps, regardless of what is held in the conscious or subconscious. Performing daily activities will generally follow patterns in the conscious mind; this is the result of personal choice. In all circumstances (except for some accidents) the freedom to choose a different path will always be an available option. The freedom to choose is available to everyone in each moment. Furthermore that choosing a path of inaction, or a passive response is still a conscious choice. The nature of the person being demonstrated in the moment is a result of past choices. The human condition is a result of personal responsibility. The freedom to change is a choice which is incumbent upon each individual.

Exercising the freedom to choose is the greatest power an individual can wield. It can transcend the mind and the subconscious. It can transcend all that is true or false in the personification of human life. Change is possible by simply choosing a different direction, and making the choice to remain dedicated to this change. Choosing to personify Love and Truth means embracing the true nature of the self. It is being normal. It is a pathway which will create a state of happiness. Love and Truth are facets of the indwelling Spirit and happiness is the natural state of the Spirit.

This feeling of happiness is a compass which points towards the indwelling Spirit. The purpose for being in the physical realm can be fulfilled by using this compass to navigate life.

Part Fourteen: Birth

Truth will dissolve the fear of death. Life is much bigger than what the mind is capable of perceiving with the physical senses. It is continuous. It is eternal and death is more-so the end of one experience. Shedding the clothing of clay is done so simply to release the instrument which enables physical experience. The mind cannot see the totality of existence since the physical senses were designed as instruments which can be stimulated and used only by the physical body. In other words, the conscious mind cannot see what lies outside this physical realm which we call life. However, information about the realms beyond can be gathered during meditation. Through this doorway lies the vast expanse of totality, a place where an understanding of the mechanics of birth becomes visible.

The vast complexity of the body can be seen in publications such as Gray’s Anatomy, written by Henry Gray (1827 – 1861), the autonomist. It describes in detail, the various components and their function. The basic building blocks of the human body are cells, and trillions are required for existence. At a microscopic level, each cell is composed of trillions of atoms which work as a unit to ensure function.

Organs are built from cells. The body is kept alive by its organs all working in unison. For example, the brain is the command centre, the lungs take oxygen into the body, the heart pumps oxygenated blood through the body, the stomach receives food that nourished the body, and so on. However, the functioning of the human body is far more complex than the synchronous operation of a few organs. There is far more to the story.

Glands are also built from cells. The endocrine system is a network of glands which manufacture hormones. Hormones are circulated through the blood stream to produce specific functions. Feelings experienced in daily activities will activate the endocrine system. Feelings originate from the mind’s intention. For example, situations that invoke fear will activate the adrenaline gland, (among others) to create a ‘fight or flight’ reaction. The thyroid gland releases hormones which help maintain balance in the areas of the bowels and heart. An imbalance can result in hypertension, constipation, or diarrhea, among other ailments. The sensations created within the body when communicating through voice or otherwise, is one of the factors that impact the functioning of the thyroid. When the desire to manifest Truth underlines communication, hormones necessary for creating balance within the body will be released into the bloodstream. In comparison, a personality entangled in deception will release hormones which will result in an imbalance. Notwithstanding accidents and environmental conditions, there is a direct relationship between the longevity of a human body and the mind’s connection with Truth. In other words, the people who live the longest have a mental framework underlined by Truth. Total balance is created within the human body when the mind’s intention is underlined by Love and Truth.

The human body is truly a marvel. Its design and function have baffled scientific minds throughout history. Each cell is like a whole universe. The microscopic vastness, complexity and detail is much like looking at the sky on a starry night, wondering how far it extends and what mysteries they hold. Scientific minds define the size of the cosmos by what can be measured or observed. The knowledge base continues to grow with new discoveries. Logic would dictate that the cosmos extends beyond the confines of the mind’s perception — and totality, even further. The life force or Spirit which animates the body, also exists in a place that is outside the realm which the mind is capable of perceiving. The Spirit reaches into the physical through the mind, in order to experience three-dimensional existence. For this purpose, the collective desires of the Spiritual realm created the illusion of three-dimensional existence for the purpose of experiencing the sensations of the mind. The potential is limitless.

In order that it may experience the physical plane, Spirit animates a human body through physical birth. Birth is neither the beginning; nor is death the end; but only a part of the continuous flow where states such as the physical and ethereal are experiences in the revolving landscape of life. A single lifetime is a series of experiences orchestrated by the mind, experienced by the body and directed by the Spirit. From the perspective of the Spirit, a physical lifetime is but a moment filled with experiences or opportunities. Within that moment, it is the free will which holds the potential through experiences, to either evolve or devolve. The current state of humanity is the result of this free will.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Karma as “the force generated by a person’s actions held in Hinduism and Buddhism to perpetuate transmigration and, in its ethical consequences, to determine the nature of the person’s next existence”. The Truth about Karma is often misunderstood as a force beyond the control of the person. It is the Spirit however, which enacts the force and decides how it unfolds in the revolving doorway of physical birth and death.

The physical world can be viewed as a grand theatre in which all of humanity are the actors. Parents, friends, teachers, siblings, fiancés and even strangers all play a role in the drama of life. Each individual is the director of a personal narrative. The performances of today will determine how life unfolds tomorrow and whether success and happiness are written into the manuscript. The mind is only capable of seeing a perspective of the drama where the cast and relationships are circumstantial, but this is not the whole story. The rest of the story unfolds with events that take place between physical death and birth.

The soul is a crucible for experiences orchestrated by the mind, its affect and its associated emotions. The soul survives physical death and is eternally connected to the Spirit. Multiple souls would be associated with each Spirit, one for each lifetime. Each soul can be identified by a name, the one associated with the physical body during the time on the earth. For example, the collective experiences of someone called Mary or Jack would live on as unique souls associated with their respective Spirits. All that was gained or lost would remain in the crucible until the opportunity to make changes is presented.

The Spirit would have the opportunity to review past lives and select the events to be experienced in the next physical incarnation. Past experiences which resulted in devolution would be chosen. Reliving the events would offer the opportunity to choose next actions differently whereby a devolving soul would have an opportunity to change, grow and become one with the Spirit. Evolution of the soul is returning to the state of oneness with the Spirit.

Prior to birth, a drama would be organized which would offer this opportunity. A cast would be selected with members who are willing to help. Most of the members would have shared prior life experiences and be connected by a bond of Love. The cast would also have the opportunity to grow and change. The drama would orchestrate events that would create the physical and emotional environment suitable for the challenge. The place on earth would be selected with a suitable political, economic, social and moral environment. A timeline for the series of births would be established and grandparents, parents, siblings, friends, etcetera, would queue to enter the stage.

The life currently being lived by each person on earth is the unfolding of this drama. It begins at birth with a clean slate where the memories from past life experiences are not connected. Each person’s life is navigated by the free will. As the drama unfolds, the choice will determine whether there will be success or failure. When personal choice is based on the direction given by the gentle voice heard within the silence of the consciousness, then the drama would unfold as designed prior to birth. The entity would evolve through change and growth. The inverse is also true. If inner guidance is ignored and instead fear steps into the picture, the soul will continue on a path of devolution. This is the true meaning of Karma.

It is easy to judge someone who is wearing tattered clothing, and who is unkept, drunk or unsavourily fragrant, especially if they are occupying the doorstep of your home. A drama is unfolding with a beggar and rich man who were once brothers. Both agreed to help each other in the next physical incarnation. The rich man needed to learn about compassion. The beggar needed to experience poverty. As the drama unfolds, one was born to a family with great wealth which eventually became his inheritance. The other was born to less fortunate circumstances and ended up begging in the street.

In this drama, the stage is set where the rich man is being challenged to learn about compassion. At the same time, the beggar is experiencing the true meaning of poverty, hunger, and need. As the story unfolds, every day the beggar asks the rich man for food and is ignored. The appeals for food became stronger and more emotional as the days go by. One day, the beggar is not there. The rich man learns that he has died. All the wealth in the world could not negate the feeling of anguish and remorse. One night, he dreams about a wise man who could heal people by feeding them. He immediately understands the meaning of the dream. He is the wise man and the less fortunate are symbolized by the sick. Healing the sick means finding a way to help the poor. His house is converted to a home for the homeless. Guided by a dream, the rich man learned how to Love unconditionally by expressing the compassion he felt in his heart.

The law of Karma as expressed in this drama, gave the rich man the opportunity to express Love in the form of compassion. It also gave the poor man the opportunity to experience long-suffering and patience. It was an opportunity for the soul to evolve and unite with the Spirit as one.

It is easy to judge when a child with a congenital disease enters the physical world. In this drama, the child chose this life to provide an opportunity for the parents to learn how to Love unconditionally by being patient, kind, caring and humble.

The drama of life can extend beyond families to include organizations, churches, and even whole countries. Natural disasters for example can be the result of group Karma.

A view of the drama, through the meditative state or otherwise, can reveal how the future may unfold. The mind sees this as prophetic. Free will can change the trajectory of the story and invalidate what is seen by the mind as prophetic.

It is easy to judge the drama of life when the mind does not know the whole story. The revolving doorway of physical life and death offers the repeating opportunity to embrace the true nature of the Spirit by underlying all situations with Love and Truth. Such is the vast power of Love and Truth which extends beyond the mind to the far reaches of the Universe and all of existence.

Existence, amazing and complex as it may appear is created with Truth and held together with Love. Still the mind, and this Truth becomes so clear. Every person’s innate desire and purpose is manifesting Love and Truth. For many, fear has changed the trajectory. Fear manifests as greed, the desire for power and control, etcetera. The nature of mankind has changed due to the infusion of fear in almost every aspect of life. Experiences involving fear seems natural and accepted as the norm by so many. Taking a moment in time, aside from the bustle of everyday life, to reflect and reconnect with the true self which exists outside societal slavery, will open the door to the Spirit within and reveal the true nature of life. Once embraced, the trajectory of the journey will forever change. Fear will no longer become the underlying theme in life, but instead, be replaced by facets of the indwelling Spirit, which are Love and Truth. The soul will evolve to become one with the Spirit and an aura of happiness will illuminate the entity whether the sojourn is on earth or elsewhere.

Part Thirteen: Death

It is too easy to lose sight of who we are. We share this planet equally with all life forms – brothers and sisters all from one mother: the earth. We breathe the same air, drink the same water, and are clothed and fed from one source. All flesh is from the one source.

The earth provides sufficiently for everyone. The human perspective denotes superiority of humans over all other life forms and for some, this notion of superiority over others includes some other humans as well. Perhaps it is wisdom – or utter silliness! Wisdom; because so much has been achieved materially. For example, humankind is the only species on the planet that can build something as complex as an automobile out of the raw materials gathered from the earth. Silliness, because humans have pillaged and polluted the earth, which is not only a home, but also the source of clothing, food, air and water. What does humanity need, or what consequence does humankind need to face in order to see the Truth?

The world is always changing and evolving. Humankind, however, appears to be devolving based on the collective disrespect of the planet and other life forms, including – and especially – oneself. All life on the planet falls under the same physical principles. All are born, then they live, and then eventually they die. All breathe the same air and drink the same water. All beings have bodies created out of the dust of the planet. Humans however, view their own species as different; the power of the mind setting them apart. The mind is like a massive computer which can be used in the most amazing ways, such as (for example) building an automobile. The mind can be used for positive or negative. Look at the current state of the world and observe how negativity has crept into the highest positions. The power of the negative is vast and resistant. It ignores the truth: that each life form has a free and equal share of the numerous resources the planet offers. Beyond using resources for what one needs, the human mind desires and chooses to horde, steal, dominate and instigate wars for selfish and dominating purposes. In this regard, we live in dangerous times because of the potential of negativity’s power to destroy the planet, life and the way of life. Not everyone, however, is devolving. It is a time for the awakened to honour personal convictions by moving onward and fulfilling goals; also, by becoming a living example of the true nature of life, which is Love and Truth.

Each day, the sun rises to awakening life. At the moment in time when the light emerges over the horizon, a dance begins. Birds seek out the highest branches of the tallest tree hoping to be the first to experience the moment when the stillness and silence of the night is transformed into a bright and bustling landscape; just to feel alive. The energizing rays of the sun begin a journey across the sky, nourishing the earth. The sunlight has been awakening the earth each and every day for an eternity and will continue for another eternity.

Spirit is Passion. As part of the existential construct, Spirit continues an eternal journey through the realms expressing its passion by igniting hope. It is this hope which is transformed into the intention of manifesting Love and Truth. In order to express its passion in the physical plane, Spirit formed a vessel out of clay, the dust of the earth, in order that it may travel into this ream. In other words, through physical birth, Spirit created the opportunity to express itself here on earth. The expression of the indwelling Spirit is the manifestation of Love and Truth enabled by the creation of the conscious mind. With the entry of the initial Spirit into the physical plane, it is the start of a cycle of new life here on earth.

Collectively, the consciousness of humanity has been evolving. The minds of grandparents and parents are vastly different from their children and more so, from their grandchildren. Attitudes and expectations regarding morals, religion, and science have morphed throughout time. Compared to the distant past, life is vastly different today because of the growing knowledge base held within the confines of technology. The existential construct of the mind remains the same, but its capabilities have grown exponentially due to the use of technology and the knowledge gathered throughout history. It is easy to question whether the use of technology results in evolution or devolution. Lessons can be learnt by using technology to view the past. Pain and suffering caused by the actions of humankind can also be magnified as a result of the same technology. Technology can be used to hide, politicize and colour the view of reality to the point where the mind sees it as ‘normal’. Nonetheless, although hidden, the capability of manifesting the Love and Truth remains intrinsic to the function of human life and this miracle in life can be reawakened. Individual action holds the potential to change the collective, thereby changing the trajectory.

The consciousness is like a page in a book. Turn the page and the story changes. Furthermore, actions of the mind hold power to change the story. Guided by the Spirit, the underlying theme of the story will be Love and Truth. Meditation is a tool which can be used to align the energy centres of the physical body, enabling the Spirit to orchestrate life through the energy centres. Furthermore, this will assist the navigation of the collective in the direction of Love and Truth. Each mind who follows the example of the awakened is one more individual moving the world in a direction underlined by Love and Truth.

Imagine a world where Spirit and the mind unite with one purpose. The result will be true happiness. True happiness does not fade with time, it transcends physical life and remains within the consciousness beyond physical death.

The subject of death is often avoided when it is related to personal mortality. Certain age groups focus on preparing materially for the future, but death plays no part in the equation. In popular media (including movies and video games) death is something which is feasible only for the elderly. Thus, it is sufficient if it remains a foreign concept. The Truth however, remains in the recesses of the mind where it subconsciously acknowledges death will have a role to play in the future. In the grand theatre of life, the concluding chapter will eventually be reached. When this Truth is accepted, it will result in an adjustment of attitudes and perspectives. It will offer a more clear vision of the landscape of life and an opportunity to prepare for what lies beyond the horizon. The cycle of brith, death and subsequent rebirth will be accepted is part of the existential construct.

The landscape of life is built upon hope, which is the nature of the Spirit. It is a place where intentions emerge simply because hope exists. The Spirit exercises patience waiting for the mind to heed its call to embrace new intentions. It may take an eternity for the mind to respond, however Spirit waits patiently with the hope that the call will one day be answered. Spirit is patient and will wait for an eternity.

From the perspective of Spirit, the concept of eternity is an illusion created by the mind to define infinite time. Time is also an illusion which was created to measure the duration of events. The length of a life on earth can be defined in quantities such as years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds. However, more important is the sequence of experiences undertaken during that lifetime; and even more significant is one’s achievements. If time is taken out of the equation, only the achievements remain. Thus, a whole lifetime is viewed by the Spirit as a single moment filled with achievements. Patience is the virtue which underlines a single moment, not time. Similarly, it takes patience to achieve. When Love and Truth underscores each of the achievements, then life has evolved (not devolved out of fear) and true happiness will fill both the consciousness and subconsciousness.

It is important to understand and accept the inevitable; that the clothing of clay, the crucible of the Spirit, and instrument of the mind, will one day be shed. Like the mind, the Spirit (subconscious) exists outside the limitations of the physical and therefore is a state which transcends physical life. Whether it is concepts such as transmigration, reincarnation, etcetera, that are being considered, it is important to acknowledge that the energies of the conscious and subconscious exist outside the confines of the physical; and thus cannot be touched by the sting of physical death. It is also important to recognize that death is not an escape from a mental framework or current situation, but is more a change in scenery, where the conscious and subconscious experienced in the physical realm remains the same. Thus, when making choices about life here on earth, it is important to include the parameters which define the relationship between mind, Spirit and physical death of the body.

Part Twelve: Fear

The greatest power a human commands is the ability and the freedom to choose. Each situation offers the opportunity to choose a direction either controlled by the mind, or alternatively one designed by the Spirit. Although the mind hears the gentle call from the Spirit to “follow me”, the preference is familiar patterns that can be justified by logic. The safe or convenient pathways renders life in a ‘holding patten’. The way of the Spirit however, should be the obvious choice since it is the path of personal development, success and happiness. Additionally, if it was simple, the world would have been transformed into lush gardens blossoming with peace and joy, but clearly this is not the case. Although the Spirit is emboldened to open new doors and challenge the self to embrace new facets of life (that transcend the current state of being) fear stands in the way.

Fear influences choice by creating a wall which stands between the ‘holding pattern’ and the garden of peace and joy. It is important to realize that fear is dual in nature. It can present itself with many different names, show its face in the most unexpected time and place, or influence situations without one realizing what is happening. Through a history of personal experiences, it has become integral in the mode of operating, so much that it feels normal when it occurs. During the moment of stillness in meditation, life can be viewed with objectivity, where the role of fear (which is hidden within the mind), becomes visible.

Fear was originally designed as a tool for the protection of physical life; for survival. The body will immediately and instinctively react to physical danger by pumping adrenaline into the bloodstream to defend itself with either a ‘flight or flight’ response. Over time however, fear was evolved to defend not only the physical, but some elements of the mind as well; thus its dual nature. Some of these fears surround the basic needs for sustaining the physical body.

An examination of the psyche will reveal that fear is integrated within many of the psyche’s own elements. Consider the basic need for warmth, food or housing, and observe what happens when the status quo is disturbed. Out of the fear of lacking basic (such as food and housing) necessities, emerged the desire for abundance. Such fear evolved into greed. The tentacles of greed are prevalent; with names such as power, domination, control, slavery and violence. Schools of thought based upon such greed have been developed. The foundation of subjects such as Economics, Political Science, International Investment, Business Administration, and Policing are based on fear and blindly accepted by society.

The psyche is defined by elements which form the mind. Some elements are so deeply embedded that they form part of the cell structure of the body and thus can be repeated without thinking or planning. It becomes clear that the unique nature of each human being results from a combination of elements or building blocks gathered together in the psyche from different experiences encountered during the current and past lifetimes. Fulfilling the purpose for being in this realm requires disassembling the elements of the psyche and rebuilding each one to align with the Spirit. Love and Truth, which are facets of the Spirit, are key ingredients in the rebuilding process. The resulting transformation is a new psyche, and one which operates in unison with the Spirit. Since the journey to this moment in time involved a multitude of experiences and many lifetimes, with commitment and perseverance it is possible the return journey would require only this one lifetime.

The method of transforming the psyche will become clear during the state of silence while meditating. At this stage, the elements which require transformation will become clear. Do not be disappointed if the awareness is not immediate; this takes patience. Pay attention to dreams. The symbols will offer answers. The symbol of death, for example would signify the end of a current situation while birth would symbolize the start of new journey; one which requires patience and nurturing. A house with many rooms would symbolize a psyche with many patterns to be resolved. Driving a car means life is under the command of the dreamer. If the car is difficult to drive, it means that adjustments in a life situation or pattern is needed. Such symbolisms offer the opportunity to prepare mentally and physically for the oncoming journey.

How each individual prepares for the challenges ahead will be unique. It is a personal war, and the opponent is the most difficult one will ever face; the psyche. It is difficult because the psyche knows how to hide its own weaknesses. The war will consist of many battles, one for each element of the mind. Remember that the elements which are to be addressed are the ones which do not currently align with the Spirit. During the process of mental preparation, four elements should be given consideration: Love, Truth, Courage and Strength. Firstly, a deep Love for self will fuel the desire to embrace the totality of life. Truth will be the foundation upon which the new life will be built. Courage is required to enter into this battle. Strength is required to overcome the opponent. Embrace these components as nourishment for the Spirit, as each breath nourishes the physical with life-giving oxygen.

The body prepares for whatever is held within the mind. In other words, whatever is held within the mind as an intention, is created in the physical body. The subconscious prepares the body for whatever the mind intends, positive or negative. When the intention is personal change, the body is prepared by the mind to change the psyche. For example, food that is taken by the body will be directed to fortify the appropriate cells necessary to undertake this fight. Meditating before and after meals will enhance this process.

Elements of the earth hold either a positive or negative potential. The potential is transferred to food which is created from these elements. Certain foods will harmonizes with Peace, Love, Patience, Truth and Creativity and offer the positive potential needed for battle. Foods from local areas will have healing properties for conditions for that area; for example, combating the negative effects of pollution on the organs of the endocrine. In addition, organically grown food will not hold properties which hinder the functioning of the endocrine. It is important to avoid foods from countries which have experienced nuclear events and likely hold elements from radiation that negatively impact personal harmonics.

Treat all food sources with honour and respect. Food provides the building blocks of physical life, with the potential to be become cells of the human body. Be respectful to the entire planet, because (for example) what is now a table or chair or automobile was once perhaps the flesh of an animal or human being that was transformed by the earth. Decaying compost has the potential to one day be transformed by plants or animals into human flesh.

Honour all aspects of the physical body; for lack of sleep, over-indulgence, drugs, chemicals, alcohol, pollution, sugar, etc, will all negatively impact the body’s functioning. Thus, choose a peaceful place to live; one which provides clean water, pure air, restful sleep, exercise, and sufficient food harmonious to both the body and the environment. These are all factors which will enhance the functioning of the physical body. The ability to relax and still the body will be enhanced resulting in deeper meditations and greater awareness of the indwelling Spirit. A proper diet will not only nourish the body but also aid with removing toxins from the endocrine system. Toxins in the endocrine system hinder the connection between the Spirit and the flesh, and consequently, removing the toxins will strengthen the flow of Love and Truth from the Spirit to the conscious mind.

Honouring the body is a key factor for conquering life in this realm. This is the purpose of the Spirit. This purpose translates into hope. Hope creates desire. Desire creates intention. Intention creates an attitude of expectancy. With this attitude, the mind will prepare the physicality to manifest what is expected by the Spirit.

Mediation holds the potential to rebuild life. Daily meditations will open the channel where Spirit is connected to the flesh, and activates the endocrine to release hormones which fortify cells of the organs necessary to conquer self. Whatever is held within the mind will be built, positive or negative, thus this process requires clear intentions. Keep the importance of meditation in mind when planning daily activities. It is beneficial to meditate before and after meals to give the elements of nutrition direction. Meditation before dawn offers the opportunity to review dreams and set intentions within the mind to face the challenges of the day ahead. Meditation at dusk offers the opportunity to adjust attitudes by reviewing the activities of the day. Meditation before retiring to sleep again reviews intentions to be sewn into the fabric of the being during sleep. If the body awakens at night due to a disturbed mind, then take some time at the moment to contemplate life intentions, then go back to sleep. Expect dreams which will offer guidance.

Expect that the fear of change will shift to Love as the awareness of the Spirit within grows. No matter the physical condition or situation, embrace this attitude and hold on to positive intentions with each breath. Expect every cell within the human body to align with Love and Truth. Expect the aura of Love and Truth to encompass life with each breath.

The cells in the body are as vast as the universe and each one is as unique as a star in makeup and function. The cells work in harmony to form an instrument for fulfilling the desires of the in dwelling Spirit, the human body. Fear can disrupt the harmony and unity in the blink of an eye. Similarly, fear can result in abuse, neglect, overindulgence, and can cause unseen damage to the relationship between mind and body. If one element malfunctions, then the whole entity is affected. Consider the impact on the human experience with a weak heart, or a missing limb or eye. Some elements can be addressed or will heal; however the relationship between the body and mind will be lost forever when damaged by abuse or neglect such as alcohol, drugs, etc. However, when all the components are functioning under the command of the Spirit, the harmony is experienced as spiritual joy. Be aware of the value of each part of the human organism and honour everyone down to the cellular level. Manifesting the fulness of life as the indwelling Spirit intends, depends on it.

During this battle of transformation, it is the Spirit which will assume the drivers seat, by challenging elements or patterns embedded in the mind. Spirit has the will and the strength to overcome the fear which locks the mind in a holding pattern. The mind will not submit without a fight. Submission means walking away from the familiar and entering new territory. Submission means the end of old and familiar ways, as well as assuming new paradigms which are based upon the facet of the Spirit which is Love.

Submission means that the mind must accept defeat. Guided by the Spirit, different patterns will be chosen, thereby building a new psyche upon a foundation of Truth and a basis where the elements are stitched together with Love. The symbol seen in dreams is the birth of a new life and henceforth, a new person will walk upon the earth.

Fear will be the greatest enemy one will ever face. The mind will use clever tactics such as logic, reason and even what it defines as wisdom to fight its transformation. For this reason, one need to fully prepare for this difficult journey. The symbols of death and birth will be seen in dreams to symbolize the death of old way and the resurrection of a new psyche.

At the start of this journey, there will be no other reason to justify a path other than faith in oneself and faith in the brilliance of Life. This journey is about embracing all the facets of Life. It is not about magic or miracles but simply about embracing the true nature of life according to its design. It is embracing the full potential of human life.

This Truth is available to everyone willing answer its call when the Spirit knocks upon the door of the consciousness. Blindness to the Truth is not a limitation of the mind, but the wall created (by the mind) out of fear to answer the call to expand awareness beyond the confines of its comfort zone. The practice of meditation will open the door to this Truth. Once it is visible (and it will be) it will only require a commitment to the self to manifest inner power to continue to choose the journey onward.
